After analysing your body composition, Craig will develop bespoke nutritional guidelines for you that will include a full breakdown of how much protein, fat and carbohydrate you should aim to be consuming on a daily basis and how you can easily track this in order to gain lean muscle.
You may have from 2 to 5 Personal Training sessions per week with Craig in his Private Gym. Here he will create a tailored training programme that matches your physical and technical abilities to your goals. Craig may also recommend additional training sessions to complete in your own time if he deems this necessary.
Craig will educate, empower and support you throughout your chosen programme to make positive choices to improve your daily lifestyle habits and help accelerate muscle building. Aspects that may be considered here include; Hydration, Sleep Quality, Work/Life Balance, Time and Stress Management.
