Once Craig has analysed your body composition (via photos and measurements), he will develop bespoke nutritional guidelines for you that will include a full breakdown of how much protein, fat and carbohydrate you should be consuming on a daily basis and how you can easily track this for the best possible results.
Craig will create tailored training programmes to match your physical and technical abilities to your goals. To implement these, you will need access to a well equipped gym (local to you) so you can follow your programmes and you will be expected to commit to a minimum of 3 training sessions per week.
