Online Coaching

If you live outside of Manchester or your budget won’t allow for regular personal training sessions with Craig you can still achieve life-changing results for either; Fat Loss, Muscle Building, Athletic Performance or Optimal Health. If you are fully committed to success, you can still benefit from Craig’s expert knowledge via Online Coaching.

Once Craig has analysed your body composition (via photos and measurements), he will develop bespoke nutritional guidelines for you that will include a full breakdown of how much protein, fat and carbohydrate you should be consuming on a daily basis and how you can easily track this for the best possible results.

Craig will create tailored training programmes to match your physical and technical abilities to your goals. To implement these, you will need access to a well equipped gym (local to you) so you can follow your programmes and you will be expected to commit to a minimum of 3 training sessions per week.

You can make decide how much personal support you require with consultations via Skype™ and Craig will be available via email throughout. This is the most in-depth online coaching service available worldwide and you will be given all the information required to reach your goals.

A programme specifically designed for clients who feel they require more support via weekly consultations.  A very popular option for those new to exercise and healthy eating because as you will have more time consulting with Craig, there is more of an educational element to this programme. Not only can you achieve great results in 12 weeks but you can also develop a baseline knowledge of training, nutrition and supplementation strategies that will be useful to you for years to come.
