Through his vast experience, Craig understands that not everyone who seeks his expert guidance has a burning desire to grace the cover of a national fitness magazine or be an olympic athlete. Increased energy levels, self-confidence and an overall improved quality of life are still very powerful reasons to commit to regular exercise and healthier eating.
After analysing your body composition, Craig will develop bespoke nutritional guidelines for you that will include a full breakdown of how much protein, fat and carbohydrate you should aim to be consuming on a daily basis and how you can easily track this in order to obtain your desired results.
You may have from 2 to 5 Personal Training sessions per week with Craig in his Private Gym. Here he will create a tailored training programme that matches your physical and technical abilities to your goals. Craig may also recommend additional training sessions to complete in your own time if he deems this necessary.
Craig will educate, empower and support you throughout your chosen programme to make positive choices to improve your daily lifestyle habits and help accelerate results. Aspects that may be considered here include; Hydration, Sleep Quality, Work/Life Balance, Time and Stress Management.
