After analysing your body composition, Craig will develop bespoke nutritional guidelines for you that will include a full breakdown of how much protein, fat and carbohydrate you should aim to be consuming on a daily basis and how you can easily track this in order to obtain your desired results.
Throughout your Optimal Health programme Craig will educate, empower and support you to make positive choices to improve your daily lifestyle habits and help accelerate results. Aspects that may be considered here can include; hydration, sleep quality, work/life balance, time and stress management.
To ensure a discreet and confidential service, all sessions with Craig are strictly by appointment only. You will be the only person permitted exclusive access to his Private Gym gym during your scheduled time, which gives you a safe, non-intimidating environment to solely focus on achieving your goals.
