Programme Summary
Craig will coach you through multiple private Personal Training sessions in your home every week. He’ll tailor your training in a way that will progressively improve your strength and fitness, whilst helping you systematically build lean muscle mass, in a healthy way.
You’ll have on-going Nutritional Consultancy, where Craig will calculate your personal calorie and macro requirements. He’ll also help you integrate habits, thought-processes and a flexible structure with food, for consistent energy levels. From a longer-term perspective, he ultimately wants to give you the knowledge to control how you look, feel and perform forever.
To help keep you on-track, Craig will check your weight at regular intervals. Each month, he will also go through further assessments for a more in-depth body composition analysis. This is to ensure that you’re building lean muscle mass without gaining excess body fat, for a complete body transformation.
For monitoring your lifestyle and to provide some accountability outside of your sessions, Craig may recommend you use a mobile app to help track your food, water and activity levels in less than 5 minutes per day.
