Programme Summary

Craig will coach you through multiple private Personal Training sessions in your workplace every week. He’ll tailor your training plan in a way that will progressively improve your health and fitness, whilst helping you lose excess body fat week-on-week, in a healthy, manageable way.

You’ll have on-going Nutritional Consultancy, where Craig will calculate your personal calorie and macro requirements. He’ll also help you integrate habits, thought-processes and a flexible structure with food, for consistent energy levels. From a longer-term perspective, he ultimately wants to give you the knowledge to control how you look, feel and perform forever.

To help keep you on-track, Craig will check your weight at regular intervals. Each month, he will also go through further assessments for a more in-depth body composition analysis. This is to ensure that you’re losing body fat and preserving lean muscle, for the ultimate body transformation.

For monitoring your lifestyle and to provide some accountability outside of your sessions, Craig may recommend you use a mobile app to help track your food, water and activity levels in less than 5 minutes per day. In summary, you have all bases covered to achieve life-changing results and make this bespoke full-lifestyle service the single best investment you ever make in yourself.
