You’ll have on-going Nutritional Consultancy, where Craig will calculate your personal calorie and macro requirements. He’ll also help you integrate habits, thought-processes and a flexible structure with food, for consistent energy levels. To help keep you on-track, Craig will check your weight at regular intervals. Each month, he will also go through further assessments for a more in-depth body composition analysis. This is to ensure that you’re losing body fat and preserving lean muscle, for the ultimate body transformation.
