Programme Summary
Craig will create a personalised gym programme for you to follow in a well-equipped gym local to you, which is updated monthly. If you’re new to training or unsure of how to perform any particular exercise, don’t worry as there’s an extensive demonstration video database to show you what to do.
You’ll have on-going Nutritional Consultancy, where Craig will calculate your personal calorie and macro requirements. He’ll also help you integrate habits, thought-processes and a flexible structure with food, for consistent energy levels. From a longer-term perspective, he ultimately wants to give you the knowledge to control how you look, feel and perform forever.
For monitoring your lifestyle and to provide you with some accountability when you’re not in the gym, Craig’s may recommend you download a free mobile app. This will facilitate the tracking of your nutrition, hydration and activity levels, in less than 5 minutes per day.
During your programme you will have regular contact with Craig, providing you with the support required to get results. There are two programme options available, giving you a choice of how much support you’d like and by the method of how your support will be delivered. Be that via email only, or through regular video calls if you prefer face-to-face communication.
