Athletic Performance Programmes
As an experienced Strength & Conditioning coach, Craig has a meticulous approach with athletes who are ready to fully commit to achieving optimal athletic performance within their chosen sport. These programmes have delivered excellent results with athletes in sports such as; Football, Rugby, Cricket and various Martial Arts.
After a detailed analysis of both you and your sport, Craig will determine exactly what’s required to take your athletic performance to the elite level. Physical aspects that will be under consideration for improvement will include; Power, Strength, Speed, Endurance and Flexibility.
You may have from 2 to 5 Strength & Conditioning sessions per week with Craig in his Private Gym. Whether it’s your competitive or off-season, Craig will work with you and your professional team (if required) to help you obtain peak athletic performance, which at the very top level can be the difference between success and failure.
To get the most from your Strength & Conditioning sessions, Craig will also develop bespoke nutritional guidelines that will include a full breakdown of how much protein, fat and carbohydrate you should be consuming on a daily basis and how you can easily track this for the best possible results.
