As an experienced Strength & Conditioning coach, Craig has a meticulous approach with professional athletes who are ready to commit to achieving optimal performance within their chosen sport. These specialist programmes have delivered excellent results with athletes across the world in sports such as; Football, Rugby, Cricket and MMA.
After an in-depth analysis of both you and your sport, Craig will determine exactly what’s required to take your performance to a consistent new level. Physical aspects that will be under consideration for improvement will include your; Power, Strength, Speed, Endurance and Flexibility.
Throughout your programme Craig will support you in making positive choices outside of the gym to improve your daily lifestyle habits to accelerate your results. He will also have an open line of communication with your employer if you are in a professional sports team, i.e Premier League Footballer, to ensure consistent progress is made and your workload is fully monitored.
To ensure a discreet and confidential service, all sessions with Craig are strictly by appointment only. You will be the only person permitted exclusive access to his Private Gym during your scheduled time, providing you with the perfect environment to achieve your goals away from the public eye.
