As an experienced Strength & Conditioning coach, Craig has a meticulous approach with athletes who are ready to fully commit to achieving optimal athletic performance within their chosen sport. These programmes have delivered excellent results with athletes in sports such as; Football, Rugby, Cricket and various Martial Arts.
After a detailed analysis of both you and your sport, Craig will determine exactly what’s required to take your athletic performance to the elite level. Physical aspects that will be under consideration for improvement will include; Power, Strength, Speed, Endurance and Flexibility.
Throughout your Athletic Performance programme Craig will educate and support you to make positive choices to improve your daily lifestyle habits and help accelerate results. Aspects that may be considered here can include; hydration, sleep quality, work/life balance, time and stress management.
To ensure a discreet and confidential service, all sessions with Craig are strictly by appointment only. You will be the only person permitted exclusive access to his Private Gym gym during your scheduled time, which gives you a safe, non-intimidating environment to solely focus on achieving your goals.
