Online Athletic Performance Programmes
If you live outside of Manchester or your budget won’t allow for regular in-person Personal Training with Craig you can still achieve life-changing Athletic Performance results. Craig leaves no stone unturned when working with you if you are ready to make a serious commitment to improving your performance.
Once Craig has completed your initial consultation (via Video Call), he will create personalised nutrition goals for you in regards to calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates and show you how you can easily track this in just 5 minutes per day with his own Nutrition & Lifestyle tracking app.
Craig will also devise a gym programme to match your physical and technical abilities to your goal. For this you will be expected to commit to a minimum of 3, but preferably 4 training sessions per week and you will need access to a well equipped gym local to you to complete these effectively.
During your programme you will have regular contact with Craig to provide you with all the support you require to reach your goals. There are 2 programmes available that give you the choice of exactly how much support you feel you would like in terms of video calls and email support.
