If you live outside of Manchester or your budget won’t allow for regular personal training with Craig you can still achieve life-changing results for either; Weight Loss, Muscle Building, Athletic Performance or Optimal Health. If you are committed to success, you can benefit from Craig’s expert knowledge.
Once Craig has completed an initial consultation (via Skype or FaceTime), he will create bespoke nutrition goals for you in regards to calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates and show you how you can easily track this in just 5 minutes per day with his own mobile app.
If you choose the Training & Nutrition option, he will also devise a gym programmes to match your physical and technical abilities to your goal. For this you will be expected to commit to a minimum of 3 training sessions per week and you will need access to a well equipped gym local to you.
You will have regular consultations via Skype or FaceTime throughout, and Craig will be available via email between consults. This is the most in-depth online coaching service available worldwide and you will be given all the information required to reach your goals if you are motivated to do so.
