Once Craig has completed your initial consultation (via Skype or FaceTime), he will create bespoke nutrition goals for you in regards to calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates and show you how you can easily track this in just 5 minutes per day with his exclusive, client-only mobile app.
Craig will also devise a bespoke gym programme to match your physical and technical abilities to your goal. For this you will be expected to commit to a minimum of 3, preferably 4 training sessions per week and you will need access to a well equipped gym local to you to complete these effectively.
