If you live outside of Manchester or your budget won’t allow for regular Personal Training with Craig you can still achieve life-changing results for either; Weight Loss, Muscle Building or Athletic Performance, with one of his specialist Online Coaching Programmes.
Once Craig has completed an initial consultation (via Skype or FaceTime), he will create bespoke nutrition goals for you in regards to calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates and show you how you can easily track this in just 5 minutes per day with his own mobile app.
He will also devise a bespoke gym programmes to match your physical and technical abilities to your goal. For this you will be expected to commit to a minimum of 3 training sessions per week and you will need access to a well equipped gym local to you.
